Awesome!I tried esalon for the first time tonight and I am totally sold on the product. I am in my late 30s so gray roots are being seen more frequently now and I can't afford to go to the salon every 3-4 weeks to get my roots done. I submitted a recent picture with ugly gray roots and one that was what I wanted it to look like. The colorist Jennifer had to tweak it a bit to match (compared to what said I wanted) & she did a great job matching it to my current hair color. My 8 year old had to help with my back underneath roots and she did a great job. I was really nervous waiting while it was being processed, but my fears went away when my daughter said she didn't see any more white/gray once I rinsed it all out! colors don't matchI had asked for a free replacement and more red to be put in and there was no red at all. This was a free replacement because the last one turned out to be lighter on top and darker on the bottom. Now it's even worse than it was before. The bottom is almost black! The directions were followed exactly. I have an appointment this next Tuesday to see if my hairdresser can fix this mess and it's going to cost me another $60.00.
