First tryHi esalon - I liked your concept, and I liked the individualised approach. I did not like the massive amount of over packaging. Very disappointedI dont know why the color is not taking. My gray hair is Very Stubborn! You can still see Bunches of gray hair and on the crown of my head the gray is not covering up at All. DisasterI followed the directions to a T and ended up with flat black hair where my precious highlights were and very little coverage on my roots and grays. It is so upsetting! Tricky end processSo, I hated the end of the process where it said - get in the shower, tip your head back and put the rest of the dye on your head, And massage in. Very tricky to do and when I opened my eyes after the allotted time I had dye all down my body and it had irreparably dyed the grout in the shower. Will be going back to the salon unfortunately. worst thing evernothing like I wanted or asked for. my hair is now basically brown instead of red. I even attached photos with my color order to make sure I got RED dye not anything else. don't know if I'll be ordering again cause it was a total waste of money and I now have to go buy other hair dye just to fix my hair. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile.
