Loved it, until...I was impressed with the color when I first did the application, although I didn’t notice my hair was any softer or less frizzy than using a store bought color. But, I was happy and ready to continue. It is two weeks post color and my grays are horrid! I have never had a hard time covering grays before and I look like it’s been 8 weeks since I colored my hair. I am willing to give Esalon one more shot to see if maybe the first one was a fluke. I am a licensed hairstylist but loved the picture of the pearlized copperI loved the color this was supposed to be. I loved the way the system was set up and the directions. It started out too dark, made my hair feel strawlike, but this is old lady hair I am dealing with. The color faded quickly at the roots but left my ends dark. I will have to work at getting it back to where it was before I used it. Also as it faded it looked ash, seriously ashy, which isn't copper even pearlized copper it is just dull ashy brown hair. I do not want to continue receiving, I have tried to call and cancel as it was auto deducted from my paypal. I was glad to try it out, but not something I want to continue.
