FarbänderungProblematik war: Haarfarbe zu hell, vog allem für den Haaransatz bei den Schläfen. Ergebnis mit neuer Farbe war besser, aber noch nicht optimal. Eine weitere Herausforderung ist, dass mein Haar mehr Rotpigmente hat als andere und daher gerne zu einem leichten Rotstich tendiert. Not quite what I asked for.I LOVED the color I got the first time. I tried asking for that color back, but because I needed to change the folor of the roots to a little bit of darker color they told me they had to change the ends as well. I do not understand that! ColorPoor gray coverage, roots faded out to red, resulting in my having 3 colors of hair--gray roots after 2 weeks, then faded red, then brown. I have taken to wearing hats. Horrible doesn’t even describe itI took the quiz and told the company I have blonde hair with some brassy pieces I wanted to LIGHTEN. I received dark brown hair color and have completely messed up my hair. I don’t understand how they could get it so wrong.
