Love the colourMy dye was exactly what I wanted, a very dark brown with no red tones or brassy-ness. It looks natural and doesn't stray into inky black territory like some darkest browns. My only issue was a small amount of damage to my hair. It's not as gentle as something like Olia box colour and there was some breakage but nothing drastic. I deep conditioned my hair afterwards and used argan oil as a leave-in conditioner and that helped a lot. In future I'm going to time my colouring around my visits with my hairdresser so that I'm not colouring dry ends. Copper color hard to change to golden honey color?I really do love your product. But I think the problem is my descriptive words. The time before this one I ask for a copper color not realizing how red it would be. This time I asked for more of a golden tone to my brown, but it is still very red. poor quality hair colori was very unsatified i nused it for the first time and it was like i poured a bottle pof babyoil on my hair it was so greasy it was rediculous im will not order any further orders not sure what is in it but absolutely awful i am giving it a very poor review and i don't normally say anything but i could not stand by have that happen to someone else i even told my girlfriend to send hers back which i referred her to try it like me wrong suggestion!!!!!!! 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. colorI have tried for over a year to get my color right. I am not a satisfied customer at this point. At one point you made my hair so dark I Had to go have it professionally lightened. Send new pics and starting over explaining over, and over, and over. Less brown more RED. I AM A RED HEAD. brown to copper. To much copper then red. THEN IM ORANGE. well guess what. I have to have it corrected professionally again. I give up. I don't know what to say. You did have it right a few times. But if I asked for change it didn't work. Sorry. Not satisfied. If you look back and see how many times I wasn't satisfied and gave you a chance over and over. I guess the guarantee doesn't apply all the time. Will I try you again. I really don't know. Not enough colorThe color I got was lighter than the picture I provided & came out much redder than expected. Also, there wasn't enough gloss color to cover the length of my hair (I have very long hair).
