Leider nicht die Farbe die ich wollteIch hatte mehrere Male E-Mail Kontakt, super nette & hilfsbereite Menschen, aber die Farbe die ich bestellt hatte gleicht leider so gar nicht der auf meinem Kopf. Hab Mittelbraunes, ungefärbtes Haar & wollte ein dunkelblond. Ist leider nur ein warmes, helleres braun geworden, also nicht annähernd blond. This was supposed to lighten my hair and it made it darker!I followed all the instructions carefully and fully. This did not lighten my hair a couple of shades as promised. It made my hair noticeably darker. Not happyI chose the color I wanted via the color chart- it looks nothing like that at all. Its darker, I even screenshot the color I wanted- it was closer to the color I had before. I am very unimpressed. I followed the instructions to a tee. My birthday is coming up and although it doesn't look like it got botched- it doesn't look like what I wanted or had picked out.
