Color was TOO dark and I was VERY unhappy trying to cancel my account.Not only did I cancel my account PRIOR to the next scheduled ship date (the color was too dark and I did not wish to continue with this company) but they shipped and billed me ANYWAY. I am in the process of collecting my money back and having a hard time getting information on exactly WHERE the product is since my account shows I bought the unwanted color on a SATURDAY and it is now 8 days later and it has not arrived at my home.
