Wrong colorThe color I was expecting to get and the color I received are completely different. My hair looks basically how it already looked alone which was natural. Couleur qui se dégradeJ'utilise les produits esalon depuis plusieurs mois. De mois en mois j'ai trouvé que la couleur était moins vive (à savoir que j'ai demandé un rouge). Absolute waste of moneyAfter trying to buy a colour to do myself and explaining I usually get highlights and lowlights - which I clearly cannot manage myself. I thought I had opted for an all over light ash blonde colour. The instructions say this is roots only which is pointless and it will not match the rest of my hair!!! Aside from this I selected I have long thick hair and this will only be enough for half of my roots if that.
