Spot On!I chose a dark brown color because everyone tells me my hair is almost black. The colorist, Emily, looked at the pictures I included and replied that she thought the color I chose was too dark and was going to mix something a little lighter. It is my first order and I made sure to include 3 good pictures of my hair. She was spot on! The color looks great and I love the results! I have never colored my hair before so to have the results be this good was definitely more than I expected. I even did the color on myself, by myself with ease. This is awesome! loved color, hated customer serviceThe color was wonderful, but the price for reorder was too high. I was sent an offer for reorder at $10. When I loaded it in the cart, it charged full price. So I never submitted the order. Next thing I know, I receive an email stating my order was received. AND my credit card has been charged full amount. In spite of two emails to cancel an order I did not make, I've received no response. Today I receive an email that my order has shipped! Watch this company. It's the most conditioning hair color by far. A+At first I thought it didn't color my grey hair well enough. I went back to using the best OTC hair color I could purchase. What a mistake. My hair is so dry and brittle. I think my hair just grows so much faster and needs to be colored more often than I thought. ScamI was not clearly informed that I would have a repeat order. Terrible colour match the first time and I don't want this order that has come through. Color didn't stayI colored my hair last Tuesday and it is now exactly a week later. I loved the color the day and day after coloring, however, it has faded quite a bit in just a week. The blond streaks I was wanted covered back to my original color is coming back through. Almost to the blond it was. I requested a permanent color and don't think that's what I received. PerfectI love the color eSalon gave me what I ask for a balance of color that will match my skin tone. What I love is the highlights and my grays are covered . I have 3c type curls this color and product works for my hair because it does not feel harsh after I wash it out . Now I do use a different shampoo because the shampoo that comes with the color is harsh. I still use the shampoo to wash out the hair color and I also use the conditioner. But after using both of those product I put argon and coconut to sooth my hair and scalp . . I love your product in general this color I could not buy in the store it is amazing.
