Custom Color SetI am not sure why it came out really brassy right after I applied. I was late in dying my hair waited a month after I received my shipment. Did it expire on me? Now that it's been like 4 weeks since I dyed my hair, it looks horrible. It's extremely dry, brassy, and way to light as it fades. Brilliant!The colour i choose was Medium Blonde i was going from a Champagne Blonde, and what i wanted was a toned down medium blonde with some warmth but not as much. The colourist took into account what i wanted and listened to what i wrote on my details and formulated a lovely gorgeous medium blonde. I have had lots of compliments!. The colour proper suits my complexion and eyes and even gives me a bit of a glow in my face. Its deffnitely worth giving this a go if you are thinking about it just do it :) and its so much more cheaper than going to the salons, and just as good as getting it done in the salons. Très bons produit et serviceLe choix de la couleur est assez intuitif et facile, on se laisse guider par les questions. J'ai reçu ma commande rapidement. Explications claires, box très complète. J'ai pu voir à la première application que le produit n'abimait pas du tout mes cheveux, au contraire !! Super zufriedenDie Farbe gefällt mir sehr gut,glänzend und im Licht sieht es so aus als ob ich Strähnchen hätte.Allerdings kann ich noch nicht beurteilen wie lange die Farbe hält.Ich habe auch nicht im Vorfeld entdeckt,dass die Farbe aus England kommt.Also Schnellversand lohnt sich auf keinen Fall,es dauert bis die Farbe da ist,aber es lohnt sich zu bestellen!!! 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Did not contain hair colorI will be returning this shipment tomorrow for several reasons. The color was not in the box and Im pretty sure that I removed the shampoo/conditioner off of the auto ship. And the price of $54 uuhh yeah NO! A huge NO! I understand the price but if what was included in the box was correct I won't be coloring my hair no more. I realize that it kinda late as I just opened the box today. Sometimes life gets busy. I was so surprised at the way the product were just thrown in the box. Huge difference from the 1st shipment that was put together with care. I was going to color my hair tonight however that will have to wait for obvious reasons. This review is in no way reflective of my 1st use of esalon. Only for the May 25 shipment for reasons as stated above. I tried to leave a review for Mar shipment it was not offered. Update: 29 Jun 2023 response to automated reply from CS. Nobody has contacted me nor is working with me about issues stated above. I have not received any email regarding my review nor about last shipment missing the color. HAIR COLOURI TRIED THIS ONE TIME AND IT SAYS GUARANTEED 100% COVERS GREY MINE DIDNT LAST MAYBE 3 WEEKS AND THEN THEY SEND ME ANOTHER ONE FOR 27.99 WHICH I DIDNT ORDER AND THEN I GOT ANOTHER . 3 TIMES THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK.. YET YOU CANT CANCEL ANYWHERE SO I'M CONTACTING MY BANK TO STOP THIS I HAVE SENT I BACK TODAY 4 A REFUND WE'LL SEE BUT I CAN'T SEND OTHER 1 BACK AS THEY ONLY GIVE U 30 DAYS TO SEND IT BACK SO IM STUCK WITH 1.. I WONT USE BUT I'M GOING TO SEE IF I CAN AS ITS NEVER BEEN OPENED SO E.SALON BUCK YOURE IDEAS UP ADD A REFUND PAGE AND CHANGE TO 60 DAYS BACK AND NOT 30 DAYS... RANT AND RAGE OVER .
