Great color but...First...I want to say that the emails and ordering experience was great. The colorist I had helping me was very nice and honest about my color choice and the best way to go for my hair. The color is great! First day afterwards it looked very pretty...but it has now begun to fade and I thought for sure it would last longer. I have only been washing my hair about 2-3 times per week and following instructions to keep it vibrant but compared to store boxes it faded faster. Instructions very straight forward but color was unevenI loved the box with clear instructions and tools. Unfortunately , although I made sure to cover my entire head, roots to end, the color looks uneven. Aucune couvrante des cheveux blancsLe mélange des 2 flacons donnent du gris c’est très bien pour les longueurs mais ne peux pas couvrir les cheveux blancs. Skunk lineIve been following dorections and even emailed for help with color. No response. I had to go to hair salon and get my hair fixed after using my color from esalon.
