Greys are still lightMy greys are very light and it doesn't look good. That was my concern to cover from the beginning. The color is darker on the other hair as they were before. Sad results ☹️☹️☹️I love the way all the items are boxed with full on instructions ,but my results were not what I expected.. my hair was a red copper and I just wanted to make it a more rich red copper and it turned out dark brown wen my results were supposed to be a medium brown copper golden . Won’t be purchasing againI ordered this dye to specifically make my hair less orange/bronzed and it did the exact opposite. I even put in the specific instructions that that was my goal. Won’t wash out.Been using this product since April. In the last couple orders it feel like I haven’t been able to get it out of my hair! It looks super greasy and feels gross. I have been dying my own hair for 10+ years and have never had this issue before. Canceling membershipI wrote to customer service asking for advice on getting my roots to match my too dark ends. I got an auto reply that the colorist would contact me but never heard from them. Two-tones.So I tried esalon for the first time & am not overjoyed with the results. The color for my roots is a totally different color from the rest. The 2nd color is a bright red but the 1st (roots) is more of a brown. So, my overall color is Two-tone.
