Blown away. Thank you.I had been going to a professional salon, to a stylist who didn't pay attention and did such a horrible job on my hair. I searched on YouTube to fix it. Found Esalon, sent my photo, answered a few questions. Couple of days later I received my color. I was so hesitant to apply the color but went for it. I wasn't expecting to freak out as the color I applied starting turning a color I was not familiar with. I told myself to "trust the process". My hair came out great. Thank you.
