Custom Hair ColorNew post: gave my feedback after the review below and they have come up trumps. Gorgeous colour! V happy Old post: Great quality, hair is in amazing condition afterwards as always. Just a shame about the colour. I hadn't expected carrot orange. Thank goodness it faded within a couple of washes but it wasn't the colour I asked for. Colour not as expectedHaving asked for a lighter colour with more golden and caramel tones, and having applied as directed just to roots for the first 30 minutes, the colour is still much darker than expected. SurprisedI love this. The color is stunning - thank you for making adjustments to my requested color. You were spot on. There was NO burning sensation. It rinsed out quickly and completely.
