I thought it was OkIt's ok for 10.00 I was a little disappointed that it didn't cover my grey hairs for longer then a week. The color was not what I pictured I my head but was ok for me. Definitely a step up from drugstore brandsLove the color. Very natural and creates multi-faceted highlights. The product is not runny or drippy so very little mess. Very thoughtful that two pairs of gloves are included. My only issue is that while I order the permanent haircolor, I'm still having to color every four weeks. Loved it!!The product is definitely of professional quality. My hair seems in better condition now then before I colored it. Highly recommended.
