100% Satisfied, They nailed it!The color matched me perfectly! It gave me color and vibrancy, and complimented my skin tone. I went from Drab to Fab! I loved the formula, no smell, no dripping, no hot roots. My hair came out better after the process than before. No hair loss, no harsh chemicals, the shine and depth of color is amazing. I have had no color fade! The communication from a REAL stylist was spot on. They answered me promptly, and were very helpful. That personal touch made me very confident about this process. Excellent!Le set est très mignon et présenté de manière très soignée. Les produits sont agréables à utiliser, application facile. Ravie par ma couleur et par son évolution avec les lavages. Et le top dans tout ça c'est l'équipe réactive. On m'a tout de suite renvoyé un set après avoir signalé un problème de livraison causé par le livreur. Wow! Just WOW!May I thank you all 100%! I LOVED my color and the packaging was so sweet because it was personalized just for me. The instructions were very easy to follow and there was plenty of color even though my hair is just below my shoulders. No nasty odor and my hair was Rediculously soft and shiny! TerribleThis was my second order, first one was totally fine, covered my grays perfectly, no issues, this order was horrendous. Little to no grey coverage, the color looks atrocious, I’m just counting down the days til I can go get this color corrected I have no idea what happened between first and second order but this quality on the second order is so bad.
