Film covering my hairIt took about 30-45 minutes to wash this out of my hair. After I was done, my hair felt crunchy towards the ends and very greasy (like a film) all over the rest of my head. I have washed my hair 4 times in the last 24 hours to make my hair feel like normal hair. I finally fixed it with DAWN DISHSOAP! Every other shampoo did nothing. After all of this, my hair is the exact same color! I followed directions and followed the How to videos. won't try itI refuse to use this as nothing comes showing you what color you might expect so I am not going to even try it. Disaapointed:(I was so excited when I received my box but then I ended up disappointed. The color is too dark from the color I have chosen from your list when I sign up/chose the color I want for my hair.
