Perfect color and blown away by customer service experience!I am so grateful to have this service, especially as someone who had virgin hair at the age of 37 and has no idea what they are doing and didn't know my options for dying my hair. Déçue à la longueTrès satisfaite au début car la qualité est là, j'ai pu rattraper mes erreurs passées avec des colorations de grande surface, mais au fur et à mesure, moins d'écoute sur ce que je souhaite, d'un brun je voulais plus m'orienter sur un châtain foncé, pas moyen.... Alors que c'est possible je pense !!! Et puis beaucoup d'attente pour recevoir les commandes, les 5 semaines ne sont pas respectées. Je souhaite donc me désabonner, et là impossible😄. Comme par hasard, ça me dit erreur à chaque fois que je clique sur désabonner...
