Absolutely Easy to do. My hair is awesomeWow. I was scared. I've only used the mousse coloring boxes and I never got the color I really wanted. I sent two pictures to help them and answered all the questions honestly. I'm in love with my new hair color. I did it last night. I've been running errands all day and had 14 compliments on my hair color. The day isn't even over. I felt so confident. When I was coloring last night I had a lot of extra color in the bottles and thought I was doing something wrong but the went to the FAQ section for help. If you are thinking about it try it. LOVE!!!I've been using this haircolor for 2 years now and have always been extremely happy with it. The color and shine are long lasting! It doesn't fade early and it covers the stubborn grey hairs around my temples and forehead well. My hair has never felt damaged or over-processed even when I had a pet emergency while I was coloring and the product stayed on 10 minutes longer than the maximum recommended time. That was very good news! I believe this product is far superior to the retail store options and am so happy to have found eSalon.
