Love it!I’ve been using eSalon for YEARS now, occasionally altering the color just a bit depending on the season! My only gripe is that as my hair has gotten longer, one kit is not quite enough for a root to end application. Can we get an extra large amount? That would be great! Not very vibrantThe product is good it evened and covered the grey's but it wasn't the lovely copper I thought I'd ordered and was definitely less vibrant which is a shame as if it had been more copper it would have been perfect 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Nothing like the colour requested!Followed the instructions step by step and sent in a photo and description of my desired colour which was an auburn. I specifically said I do not want it red. So now my hair is very dull looking and red - like someone has coloured it with a crayon. RecommendI chose a color and wasn't sure about the outcome and sent a message to my colorist. I had explained the best I could on the color I had in mind and she nailed it. Perfect color!I’ve had to adjust my color a few times due to medication changes causing my hair to constantly change. Esalon has kind, attentive, and amazing colorists. Not sure why, but color was differentI have been using the same color set for more than 2 years, so I do know what my tone looks like after I retouch it every 6 weeks.
