I liked it but not exact that is why I gave it a 4.It was EASY to use. It did not burn or make my head itch. It still turned out a little to red. It is like a deep chestnut. I was hoping for a little less red but with my hair less red may not be a choice. Thank you very much. I do like it and it is so soft. It did an awesome job covering the grey. pricey but worth itOK I am 75 and was losing my hair. the colorist has changed the formula about 5 times until we got the right shade of copper for me. Great service and awesome high quality product.
