The best haircolor experienceI've been using esalon haircolor for several years. If I want to adjust the color a bit, I just go online to esalon and tell them what I'm thinking. I get a response, verifying what I said and the color comes to me just like I asked. Oh, another thing is that the color doesn't have the strong smell that other color products have. Disappointed with grey coverageThis is the first time that I have been disappointed with the product. Within 1 week of dying my hair the grey began to show. nothing to get excited aboutcheaper than having done professionally, but don't notice much difference between this and "box" color you can buy anywhere. Except convenience and cost less for boxed hair dye. Did not cover grayThe formula itself made my hair feel soft. The color was horrible. I did it one week ago and now will have to go get some Clairol to redo.
