Nice colour, too long of a process!I like the colour, the process however is just too long and the dye is extremely difficult to rinse out, I don’t like the shampoo or conditioner supplied, I had to wash and condition my hair a second time using my own to get it completely out of my hair, now let’s see how long the colour lasts. Too darkSo, I was told by the specialist that it was gonna be an ash brown with no red;however, it ended up being black blue and ruined my hair! I had to spend $120 at a real salon trying to get this hideous black out of my hair....they had a horrible time trying to remove this color....esalon offered me a different color for free, but did not respond when I asked about not being able to just color over BLACK!
