Not what I expectedThe color was a lot darker then expected. My roots and the rest of my hair do not match. It also didn't do a good job covering my gray hair. Custom colorI like most of the the conveniences of esalon. I'm tired of having to change my formula all the time. With each order the formula gets darker or redder or both. not happyMy hair is not the color I wanted. I want a red color that was vibration and the color I received was the color my hair is after a month of washing it. I loveLoveLOVE MY HAIRCOLOR!I thought I might change it up a little wanting to add some of those Lowlights?Highlights? Coloring infused in with my color product and. In a deep auburn or burgundy but not having more red come thru! I am so happy that thecustomer service people care enough like they say they do, and referred me to my color specialist, who within 12 hours, called me back and we discussed what I was looking for! After 10 minutes of full conversation about hair coloring, my specific hair needs, and what I wanted, but wanting to keep my base the same, the color stylist artist came up with a suggestion and she was right! I would lose my base color if she had to remove and add anymore deep red to it! That is what I did not want , so I stayed with my oil color. He lopegether and I AM SO HAPPY THAT I DID! #NGU on what works! If it isn't broken, don't try to FIX IT! So my color is beautiful and I. AM SSTTAYING WHAIWnt, want a picture for rest?.whats it worth to ya. Lol...smiling have day fellow E-SALON MEMBERS! YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL JUST THE WAY YOU ARE! Guaranteed, WHO CAN TOP THAT!
