Love the color. Wish it lasted longer.I love this product and the color that was picked for me. Maybe it's just my hair that doesn't seem to hold color as long as it should. But the Greys come back within a week or two. By week 4 I have lots of grey. But this is with every color I have tried. exactly the color I requestedI cheated a bit in that my former hairdresser gave me her exact formula for the color I have used for years. I sent that in under my comments section when ordering the color, but they nailed it! Only complaint is that they only send enough color for your roots. If you want to color your ends, you have to order additional colorant, which was not made clear. HOWEVER, they sent along a complimentary ends colorant for the first order, so I was able to color all of my hair that first time. Loved you product ...But..Your product was excellent, loved the resulting color, all product were great. My only problem is that after I ordered your product kit, my credit card information was stolen. It was used in New York. Colored my hair 3 weeks ago and it's already fading awayNot too happy after spending $25. I always color the gray areas first and proceed from there. I wore a hat outside so the sun would not bleach it out. I use a color guard shampoo. I've been using your product a while now and I'm losing confidence in it.
