Amazing!!!!I have been dying my hair once a month for years! I like red tones so in order to keep it looking good you have to keep up on it. For the first time EVER my hair was softer shiney and fuller AFTER I used their fantastic product. Packaging is VERY cleverI love getting the color in the mail so I don't need to stand in the aisle at the store trying to figure out which I bought last time. Additionally, there are MANY layers of colors in this product, leaving my hair looking far more natural than other "box" brands. Easy to use and adjustableI like the fact that I can have the color adjusted when I want it done and don't have to rely on set box colors at the store. The color also seems to be more gentle than supermarket brands.
