I was hestitate but went for it.I was so happy with my first order. When it arrived and said black I waited 3 weeks before using because I usually do my hair dark brown and was afraid to go black. Nie wieder!!!!Ich hatte ein Kennenlernset bestellt und erhalten. Da ich nicht zufrieden war und auch kein Abo abschließen wollte, nahm ich per Mail Kontakt zu eSalon auf, um mein bereits über Klarna eingezogenes Geld einer zweiten Lieferung zurück zu bekommen. Ich habe keine 2. Lieferung bestellt und auch nicht erhalten. Meine Mails vom 2. und 24. Mai werden einfach nicht beantwortet.
