Love the special attentionYou get great customer service even though you aren't in a salon. It's easy to use. Love being given two pair of gloves! Suggestion: I recently had my hair cut very short and the regular amount is way too much and I throw half out. Great colour - not enough grey coverageHi. This is my second application and I really love the colour. The only issue is grey coverage. The first application, I followed instructions but it definitely was not long enough. The second time, I left it in a bit longer ( I thought maybe I was over anxious the first time) but there is still a lot of grey that was not covered and after the first wash, there is more grey showing.
