I love this product. It really works!At first I had thoughts about dying my hair with this product and it took me a while. When I decided to use it I was worried about how it was going to come out and to my surprise, my hair was soft and it felt silky. Best color ever!I have been coloring my hair for too many years! I have had every type of salon color product - with Aveda being the most expensive and least liked. Because I was so unhappy with my salon color jobs, I decided to take a chance and try eSalon. What a life changer! I can color my hair when ever I want to - no longer waiting for an appointment. I have colored at a salon for several years. I am So So glad I tried e salonThe color is great. The coverage of my greying hair is wonderful. The kit includes everything you need for easy application, that I have begun to apply it myself. LOVE IT!!!!I'm so excited to have a product that not only saves me money not having to go back and forth to the salon, after I use it, it looks like it does when I leave the salon!! It is so easy to use, my husband does my roots and he is a cop and doesn't have a clue about hair!! Haha!! I only have to get my hair professionally done about twice a year now and that's just to get my blonde refreshed on the bottom. The color style of my hair is ombré: light brown/dark blonde to a lighter blonde towards the ends .. It's darker near my roots and then gradually gets lighter. This color style allows me to be able to go longer between salon trips, so I'm only using the product on my roots. I'm mid thirty-ish and I've been getting a lot of grey since I was 16, and this product covers it 100%!!! My natural hair color is dark brown but I've been a bottle blonde for years because it hides the grey much better. For the first time, I'm able have my hair darker because I can afford the color to hide my grey every 5/6 weeks!! No more drug store or salon coloring for me...I have been highlighting/coloring my hair for 40+ years starting with "Frost & Tip" in high school. As my age and income increased, I had professional highlighting done until my mid 40's when I started to to have a two step process- color first, then highlights. As the time and monetary commitment of professional coloring increased, I turned to drug store brands mixing two or three colors together get the shade I wanted for color and then highlighting my hair myself using a rubber cap and crochet hook. Eventually I had so much gray, I was just using color. When I saw the ads for eSalon, I decided to try it. I had eSalon tweak the color over a few orders until I had the exact shade I wanted and love the results. Every web order company should use this model. You get an email prior to every order asking if you want the change the color. For those who are not computer literate, the website is easy to navigate and you can easily change the timing of the mailing of your hair products.
