love,love,love itI love my esalon hair color. I just used it today,as a matter of fact it's not even dry all the way yet And I love it. So easy to use, and the conversation I had with my colorist was very informative. I've never had my hair colored professionally and have only used drugstore(on sale) color. There was no comparison. The box kind would barely cover my grey roots after leaving it in for more then 45 min. Ecolor took only 30 and with total saturation. The only thing that i would differently next time is order the full bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Because I have pretty long the little packets included were not quite enough. The best!I've been ordering my hair color from eSalon for a few years and I could not be more pleased! I've had my hair colored professionally and I've done in myself, but nothing has ever come out as good as this. I'm a natural redhead and now very gray. So difficult to get right, but now it is. The color is a perfect matchI love the ease of getting it timely in mail and good match of the color. I have felt however that post application, the hair is left kind of sticky and greasy even after I have used the shampoo/conditioner that comes with it. A couple times I had to get back in the shower to shampoo with my usual shampoo and then the hair looks amazing. So, now I make sure I use my shampoo and thoroughly clean my hair out.
