Love my custome colorExcellent grey coverage. So much healthier than a store-bought color. I look like I have been to a salon after using my custom hair color. The price is amazing. The color lasts longer than a salon color. With the directions, gloves, shampoo, conditioner, color protection for your hair line, and color-removing wipes for your skin. PoorI was sent black like I asked for but once I had put the colour on my roots went ginger not the black it says I've had to go to a salon to have this corrected though I was cutting the cost using salon but I've now had to pay out for this to be corrected at a salon 2 di 2 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Why did I stop using it? Honest reviewDue to finance changes I stopped my subscription for 12 months and had to purchase a cheaper option. However I was buying the cheaper option every couple of weeks and it was costing more than this subscription! I only have to buy this once a month and I have quite a lot of grey now. Also the dye does not stain as badly as the cheaper option which would stain my nails quite badly and be there for weeks! Too darkI followed the instructions to the letter ensuring that I used it as a root touch up rather than all over but it came out so dark. Also I asked for ash and it’s very red. Guess there’s no substitute for a stylist who can physically see your hair. Currently using specialist shampoo in an attempt to lighten it. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. So Impressed!I was nervous to try this, but I'm so glad I did. I was looking for a vibrant, but natural auburn red. I haven't had too much luck. I would find colors that were high lift and the color was too bright and unnatural, or colors that were too dark and one dimensional. This custom color is beyond perfect. The roots blend seamlessly into the midlength and the midlength blends seamlessly into the ends. The color is rich and vibrant without looking unnatural like most red box dyes.
