Great colorI get so many compliment on my hair color. People believe that it is natural... Not possible at my age.. My natural color is a dark brown with lots of gray mixed in. I always had my color (strawberry blond, light brown mix) done at the salon, but I would itch all through the process. I tried this and never went back. My requests - DELIVERED!!I cannot tell you how happy I am with my Hair coloring kit from eSalon. I didn't know what to expect, and I truly was not very hopeful, considering my prior experiences with internet companies. But eSalon DELIVERS on their promises! First some background: I have lots of gray at the scalp, (an inch or so over my whole head), so my favorite color, bright red, does not last long; maybe 3 weeks. So I was using more of an ash color with reddish tones, (I do my own hair), almost a strawberry blonde. However, the last two times that I used a box color, the SAME formula I had used for over a year, my hair came out dark with HINTS of auburn; NOT the color on the box or what I had always gotten using this brand. I tried another brand and the same thing happened. So I decided to try eSalon, which I had been contemplating for over a year now. I sent pictures to them and after going over them, they offered a color I might like. I asked for a couple of adjustments and then I liked what they offered the second time around. They wisely told me that they could not give me the lighter, strawberry blond, that I asked for because of how dark my hair was at that time. However, they told me that they would work toward that color with each successive color they would send. Well, I LOVE the color they sent! And it lasted pretty long - 6 weeks, which for me is pretty darn good! Let me tell you one more thing I like about eSalon: They never send you anything you don't want, or without telling you. When the time of my touch-up came along, they emailed me beforehand - they didn't just send it automatically! Kudos to you eSalon!!! All of the internet companies that I have dealt with, do this, which is why I was so hesitant to try eSalon. I have tried three which were totally disappointing and unethical in my mind and I have heard and read this many times on Facebook and when searching Google. Can't wait for my next shipment!!!
