STYLISTS DO AS THEY PLEASE!!!Stylist did not listen to my request. I told her I did NOT want the dark blonde instead I wanted something else. I asked if I could get the color, I wanted she said absolutely and still mailed me dark blonde?!? I used the color, and it is HIDEOUS! I cannot afford the $300+ my salon wants to do a color correct so here I sit with supposed dark blonde hair that looks GREEN! I emailed about my concern after coloring and no response was received, seems the company is only interested in responding to you if you are praising them! I saw my next shipment with the same HIDEOUS dark blonde color was due to be sent out so i cancelled it and need to now figure out how to cancel the whole subscription! 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile.
