No fading or color washout!Other hair color products I have used have always had very viable washout when I shampoo and rapid fading. None of that with this product. The root color was a little darker than I would have preferred, I'm sure that's an easy fix. I love the 2nd part, the gloss for the ends. Best Hair ColorI love the custom hair color and I really like that it doesn't have that strong chemical smell like the drug store brands. I'm really happy with E-Salon hair color! Perfect color every time, easy to use and color is exactly what I wanted!!!!You can't beat eSalon, I sent them a picture of me and that is the color I received, I have had so many compliments on the shine and health of my hair! Everyone who knows I color my hair loves it and WOW a LOT less than having it done in the salon! Beautiful intense cooper!!!It has taken me years to find that perfect red. I am a natural redhead that has faded over the years. I have even gone to salons and I wasn't satisfied. Finally a color that I love.Got the color right the first time. I have missed using a mahogany color for years because every other brand kept turning my grey an orange color.
