Same color every time!I love my custom color and it lasts longer than others I've used. My hair is soft, shiny an just the color I wanted. No having to guess which box shade will turn out how. Perfect color super soft hair, LOVE it!They somehow figured out the perfect color for me without ever seeing my hair? Don't know how they can do that, but it's so close to my natural color that not even my husband noticed a change! It helps my "old" hair feel softer and younger too! My only complaint would be it doesn't last on my white hairs. I re-color about every 6 weeks, which leaves a bit of grow out at the roots and the other whites are showing through also.
