Roots different colour to endsI went darker to get a more even look. I have been copper for years and wanted a more brunette tone but still with red undertones. Felt like a semi-permanent dyeI’m on the phone to customer services trying to order a new hair dye as my greys came through about 2 weeks ago. I’m going to an important work meeting and wanted my hair to look nice and have tried calling customer services at 2.55pm. However after 5 minutes being on hold the call dropped and said the offices were closed. This is not good customer service, as I’ve specifically left work early to call someone to discuss this matter urgently!! Sogar die Friseure sind begeistertIch habe seit Jahren die Haarfarbe von e-Salon. Manchmal ändere ich die Nuancen, je nach Lust und Laune. Letztens habe ich mir die Farbe beim Friseur auftragen lassen und die Angestellten waren vom Duft und dem Farbergebnis sehr überrascht. Need Red Tint!! Please come back!!Love love love!! Been a customer for 20+ years! Color is always spot on and I’ve changed it many times over the years. But 1 concern…WHY IS RED TINT ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK??? I mix Red & Purple together sometimes, or just use one or the other.
