Pretty ColorThe only thing I wasn't too excited about was the fact that it faded/washed out REALLY fast. Not sure if it's because my hair was bleached before or if it's just the hair dye itself. Don’t waste your time, Customer Service won’t respondI sent pictures of my hair prior to my custom color being created and provided the details of the dark brown hair color I was seeking and it still wasn’t right. I emailed about how unsatisfactory your product was and Ive NEVER heard from anyone. Still a week later, no response. You email me every couple of days trying to sell me something but you can’t reply to my issue via email. I finally just gave up and cancelled the auto ship and when the second shipment arrives I will return it to get my refund. Farbe und HandschuheBin mit der Haarfarbe sehr sehr sehr zufrieden . Leider sind neuerdings die Handschuhe von sehr schlechter Qualität. Sind meist schon beim Auspacken defekt und reißen dann beim Anziehen. Magnifique couleur mais elle ne tient pasLa couleur est magnifique, simple à utiliser (à 2 c’est quand même mieux). Cependant, j’ai pris une coloration permanente sans ammoniaque mais celle-ci dégorge et laisse apparaître les mèches blondes (que j’avais précédemment) au bout de 2 shampoings. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile.
