However, the team was very kind and helpful, and they immediately sent me another kit. As a result, I was able to color all of my hair, and the shade turned out absolutely perfect—even better than I expected. This is the best hair color I have used in years. A special thank you to the staff and the professionals behind this product for their outstanding customer service and care. By the way, it covered my gray hair amazingly well. My hair feels incredibly soft, healthy, and well-conditioned after coloring. It isn’t dry or brittle, and it doesn’t break. I also loved the packaging. Easy to use & color watch was greatThis product was easy to use. It did not irritate my scalp like some salon products have in the past. The color match was great. Hab Ich nicht erwartetabsolut mega! Ich hab mich lange gesträubt die Farbe auszuprobieren, einfach nur aus Angst vor neuem. Auch wenn alles vermeintlich auf meinen Haartyp abgestimmt war... Leute, es ist super geworden. Die Farbe passt perfekt zu mir und mein größter Kritiker (mein Ehemann) findet es auch gut! Coloriffic for my color hair!I have been extremely satisfied with the outcome of my haircolor. The experience is usually hassle free! The color gives me a rich reddish/ goldtone shade from my medium brown hair that seems to last throughout the seasons! Definitely cant get these results with store bought shades!
