Loved it!I love the new color, my hair roots now have a warmer tone to it than what I am used to. Very happy so far! Tient dans le tempsExperience totalement sur mesure, le coloriste Thibault a ajusté la coloration par rapport à ce que je souhaitais. La couleur s'éclaircit un peu avec le temps, mais pas beaucoup. OMG. What a dishonest company.I ORDERED PRODUCT LAST FALL. I DID NOT CARE FOR IT AT ALL. I TRIED A COUPLE MORE "SOLUTIONS" THEY SENT TO ME AND NOTHING WORKED. I DID NOT WANT AUTO SHIP TO OCCUR SO I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND I WOULD HAVE TO 'RESTART' AUTO SHIP IF I WANTED TO ORDER AGAIN. TODAY MY BANK ACCOUNT HAD A $51 CHARGE FROM eSALON. I disputed it with my bank and went to the chat box and that rep told me it wasn't cancelled but she cancelled it for me BEFORE we chatted. What? Alexandria Paget turned my hair orangeMy colorist, Alexandria, sent this concoction for me to try. She was supposed to have fixed the color the last two times around but my hair kept turning orange. This order was supposed to be a new color but it still turned my hair orange. I sent pictures and asked what I should do since I didn't want to buy another box. She responded asking me what I want her to do...well now I thought I asked you what to do. If I knew what to do I wouldn't be asking. F’d my hair upI’ve colored my hair myself 100’s of times and I’ve always had really good luck. Until I tried eSalon. The color I chose is exactly what I wanted. However, the color only “took” in 1/3 of my hair. And my hair was not colored, treated, and very healthy before I used eSalon color. I uploaded photos. I sent a message explaining my issue. Begged them to send me more color so I can fix this mess BEFORE the holiday and I’ve had ZERO response. I’m going to have to buy a box color from the pharmacy. Moja nova boja od eSalon🤗Das Paket mit Farbe kam in 3 Tagen an. Nach dem Färben hat mein Haar eine schöne Farbe. Es ist weich und glänzend. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und dies war meine erste Farbe von eSalon, aber sicherlich nicht meine letzte. Ich bleibe bei den Farben von eSalon und darüber hinaus. Grey hair coverageFirst, I love this kit! I don’t have to shop multiple places. I don’t have to decide color. Easy to use. Very convenient and quick. This is my Third time to use, I’m on auto ship. I just made an adjustment to my order to see if I can get a richer grab of color where my greys come in. Very easy to go in to account and make changes or add on if I want to.
