I’m pretty upset my hair looks like shitMy roots are a different color from the rest of my hair wtf is that about? Everything was so nice up until I washed it out and it dried. I have never in all my 20 years dieing my hair have I ever had this problem! I won’t be ordering this again infact I have to do spend more money to go get my usual from Sally’s and do it again the way I normally do because unfortunately this was not good. Wrong colorI've been ordering color for awhile and haven't had any issues until now. It lifted me instead of depositing. I feel like someone mixed something wrong. I Contacted them to let them know and the response I received was basically they think it was mixed right. I guess what I would have liked for a response would have been a simple Sorry and how can we help fix things? I'm left to figure out now how to fix my hair!
