Absolument génialFranchement, entre aller chez le coiffeur et ne jamais être contente pour en plus de ça se faire appauvrir de plus d'une centaine d'euros, pour il n'y a pas photo, esalon est vraiment au top! Ma couleur est sublime, elle tient dans le temps sans problème et je gère mon abonnement hyper facilement pour un rapport qualité prix défiant toute concurrence. Amazing!About a year ago, I bit the bullet and decided to color my hair. My grays were getting overwhelming and taking over my natural red hair. I was upset because as a natural ginger with random high and low lights (also natural) I was always told that I will never be able to find a color that's close to my natural. I am thrilled to report that they were wrong!! It took 2 tries (one of the times the color was was too copper-y), but the color I have now is LITERALLY the same color I had as a kid/teen, before my color started to lighten! It's so pretty and natural looking that my own mom didn't notice that I dyed it! The instructions themselves are super precise and are easy to follow, and I love that eSalon provides all the necessities for dyeing, such as gloves, stain guard, etc. I am also very happy with costumer service, who notify you when your color is going to ship in case you need to skip or update anything, and even worked with me when I accidently forgot to cancel a shipment and was charged for it, but didn't need it. This color was way offIm not sure what or how you guys m ix this but this color almost turned my hair brown. I had to stop it 1/3 of the way through the process. I sent a current picture of my hair color in good light. My hair color is almost white, Im so grey. One thing it did do was cover my roots. Color turned out too light - disappointed in final resultI'm pretty disappointed that my color turned out much lighter than i had hoped it would. I was unsure about the instructions but followed them to a "T" only coloring my roots and not blending fully into the rest of my hair. There is a line on my head where the new, lighter color on my roots begins and my regular color continues. I'm not sure if i'll be purchasing again.
