First time usingThis was my first order and I have to say, I loved it. Bit fiddly doing the back of my head with the bowl and brush application but I’m hoping with practice that gets better. My greys are still pretty grey!It's a gorgeous coppery brown but it didn't color my greys. They're still very visible. I thought I left a note in my order saying that I needed a stronger developer but I got 15vol anyway. 😞 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Sei d'accordo? |

Not goodI followed instructions to a "t." I'm not a newb here, I'm 47 and basically full gray coming in. I was so disappointed when I got out of the shower and my roots were light pink at best. Either the timing was off or the formula is off or something because it didn't take. I saturated them too. Happier than I have ever been with a hair colourI am really pleased with my customised hair colour from the first time . I then asked for a slight adjustment of a bit more gold tones and have just applied this colour. Absolutely perfect ! Thanks esalon! Couleur superbe.Un super packaging personnalisé à mon nom bien expliqué et détaillé. Très bon contact avec le technicien couleur par mail et les réponses à mes questions très rapides sont très appréciées. Un grand pas pour moi car première coloration et ma couleur est superbe ! Tout est bien expliqué, très bons produits qui sentent pas fort, qui ne piquent ni le cuire chevelu ni les yeux. Mes cheveux ont une couleur éclatante et brillante. J'ai déjà commandé d'autre produits pour prendre soin de cette belle couleur et j'ai programmé l'envoie de la même couleur . Tout simplement ravie.
