Loved it!I can only say good things about this product! The instructions were very easy to follow, and I was very impressed with how well the actual color looks, and how healthy it feels! I have really dark brown almost black natural hair and I wanted a golden brown color, and this product did not disappoint! ErstbestellungAls ich meine Farbe endlich hatte, sie war sehr lange unterwegs, hatte ich in der Zwischenzeit einen anderen Haarschnitt so das die Gebrauchsanweisung nicht mehr passte. Habe eine E-Mail geschrieben und wurde nach kurzer Zeit persönlich angerufen. Das fand ich total super und eine Minute später kam die neue Gebrauchsanweisung per Mail zum Ausdrucken. Toller Kundenservice. Mit meinem Farbergebnis bin ich super zufrieden. Hätte mir es einen ticken dunkler gewünscht. Das war aber meine Schuld da ich ja diese Farbe bestellt habe, werde ich beim nächsten Mal ausbessern. Leider wurde der versprochene Färbepinsel vergessen so war es etwas mühsam mit der Flasche die Farbe zu verteilen. Aber alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden. ImpressionnantJe suis bluffée par le résultat!! Suite à un lissage au tanin, ma couleur s'est éclaircie, j'ai donc envoyé de nouvelles photos à ma coloriste qui a changé mon dosage. J'ai reçu la raviveur de couleur pour les longueurs et le résultat est tout simplement top. Digne d'une couleur faire chez un professionnel. Uniforme et brillante. Really love my new colour!The colour was perfectly chosen for me. I was anxious having been blonde for so long but the copper brown colour really suits me and I am delighted. Also really surprised at lack of staining on skin and ease of application. I needed a little help with the back but easy overall! Virtual 121...at the salonFilled in the questionaire and eSalon got back to me concerned I had picked the wrong colours due to my then hair colour (bleached)... Advised how my hair colour would turn out like and gave other options.. No Pressure... I went with the colourist recommendations. Well pleased with it.
