Disgusto totalEstoy muy desepcionada realmente, el color no era el esperado y voy a pensar qué tal vez no supe poner el color que quería y se me oscureció mucho 😩, lo peor es que no cubrió mis canas sobretodo en el frente y seguí las instrucciones al pie de la letra, la verdad es que quiero llorar al ver mi resultado , NUNCA MÁS !!!! 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. AmazingI was so reluctant to go back to a hairdressers after continuous hair failures!! You know that they say if they can’t do it do it yourself. My hair was awful! All different tones of yellow/orange and dark patches of red so I decided to try esalon…. Well I’m glad I did!. I went with the medium brown (copper golden) and it’s turned out better than expected. It’s completely neutralised all of the other tones and came out as one colour all over how amazing!. Brilliant product and serviceEsalon has simplified my hair coloring process in every way. My original hair color was uneven and after speaking with a specialist, a color was specially formulated to match the intended results and it matched beautifully and evened out the color! The color was slightly bolder/brighter (still beautiful) than I had expected, but after the first wash, the color was perfect and exactly what I asked for. I have tried every color and brand and have never gotten so close to my desired look. The packaging alone surprised me... It included everything you could need in a hair kit, stain protector, several pairs of gloves, sample-sized shampoo and conditioner and detailed instructions for my specific formula. Another great aspect is that you can have it shipped to you and set up on auto delivery. I never have to shop different stores looking for a specific brand or color again and if I want to tweak my hair color, all I have to do is ask. This product did not damage my hair and it still feels silky after several washes. They can give you any color and any shade it doesn't matter what your starting hair color is, they will help you achieve what you are looking for. I plan to shop their other hair care products, because the product and services I have received as coverted me completely. I'll never shop anywhere else.
