Great colorMy colorist from e-salon changed my color three times and worked to get it perfect for me. I have always been a ginger but am now turning gray she has made my hair color really close to what it was naturally and I love it it doesn’t fade much either when I shampoo. Very satisfied. eSalon made it really easy!eSalon was very professional and friendly in keeping me up to date on the progress of my order. I sent a photo of my husband because I was coloring his hair. They adjusted the formula to fit his needs. The directions were very detailed and there were 2 pairs of gloves and an applicator included. The only thing I would change is that next time I am going to order the bowl to mix the product in. I did not really shake the bottle enough and there was product left in the bottom of the bottle.
