Ojo!!Pedí un color rubio oscuro, esa es mi base natural. Tenía unas mechas rubias hechas. Pues bien, las raíces me quedaron naranjas. Lo comenté con la colorista que te asignan pero nada contestó al respecto. Completely wrongI was looking for a change but ended up with root touch up color. I don't remember ever saying I needed a root touch up, nor have any idea how my custom color became a root touch up kit. I'm super disappointed. C'est juste parfaitLa couleur est belle, brillante, ne dégorge pas ( ce qui chez moi est un exploit), les cheveux blancs sont bien couverts, tient dans le temps ( pas de perte d'éclat au fil des semaines). J'adore aussi la possibiilité de faire adapter la nuance au file du temps, la réponse du coloriste est super rapide et le changement correspond parfaitement à ma demande.
