Unbelievable lasting colour, but extreme drynessThe colour went on darker than I wanted at first (almost black) but my hair was already dry and therefore porous. In addition, the formula itself is extremely drying and not enough conditioner was provided (even for 1 use) The colour has lasted so well though. I am extremely pleased with it, as no “shop bought” brunette has given me the ash tones my hair needs. Hot rootsI was very displeased because my gray roots turned red and did not cover. I explained when I ordered the color that it needed to be darkest brown for coverage of my gray roots and mahogany as overall color. I would highly recommend!ESalon has provided an excellent alternative to salon visits. My formula was almost perfect. I needed to reach out to the colorists to tweak my formula to help with better gray coverage. The directions were easy to follow. The scent was pleasant. I like that the kit included gloves, stain remover, and a stain guard as well as a sample of shampoo and conditioner to use afterward. I will reserve my 5th star for after I recieve my new color formula, but as is, this is much better than the box color from mass market, and easier on the wallet than frequent salon visits costing well over $200. 14 di 14 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile.
