Tolle FarbeDas war meine 2. Lieferung und ich hatte die Farbe etwas anpassen lassen. Super!!! Es wurde super umgesetzt und ich bin total zufrieden. Easy to Use - Color getting closerThis was my second application and it went much better than the first. The ends are really dark, but I have only washed directly after the application, I think it will lighten some when I was it next. Love the color but 15 volume didn’t color graysI am trying to contact someone here to ask if I can use a 20 volume instead of the 15 volume? The last color I was given had 20 volume and not sure why but the 2nd color that I adjusted was 15 volume. Patchy and a terrible colourI was so excited to use this dye but after using and following instructions to the letter, my ends went a bright red and my roots were black! Ruined the condition of my hair also I now have static, frizzy hair. I've been dyeing my own hair for years with no trouble but this was a disaster. All I can say is the packaging was really lovely and the personalisation is a nice touch but really I would have preferred it all came in a plastic bag if it meant I had got the lovely, even hair colour I wanted. Customer Service ShockingGood luck if you try to cancel this as I have several times !
