Just...perfectI was very sceptical about the whole process but I've been desperate to find this particular colour for my hair and tried so many box dyes with disappointing results. Instructions were easy to follow. I was so scared when my colour had developed I nearly cried cause I thought it was so dark! But oh my god I should have had faith. It's OK...I think I am not conveying to you what I really want/need. The photo I originally sent to you - my hair was MUCH blonder, and that is the look I am hoping to achieve. I guess I originally asked for root touchup but each time I use your product, myhair seems to turn darker. And I promise that I only put it on the roots this time. Second time usedColored my hair today and once I mixed the solution into the applicator and shook it for the proper period of time, the solution was like sludge. I had an extremely difficult time get it out onto my hair and ended up making a mess. Maybe it was a bad mixture but I’m quite sure I was not able to cover all my silver roots.
