Must try esalonI can not speak highly enough of this company!! I found them during covit! Their customer service is 100% amazing!!! If your not 100%satisfied they will make sure you become 100% satisfied!! I'm so happy I no longer need to go the the salon and sit for hours I don't have. Angenehm zu verarbeitenHallo, ich habe erstmalig bei euch bestellt. Da ich etwas ängstlich in Bezug auf die Anwendung war, habe ich mir die Coloration von einer befreundeten Frisörin auftragen lassen. Fazit: Farbe lässt sich super verarbeiten, hat eine gute Konsistenz und hohe Ergiebigkeit, trotz sehr dickem langen Haar. Ergebnis ist kühl und aschig, wie gewollt,das Haar sieht super gesund aus, ist weich und fluffig. Einziger Minuspunkt, leider: Das Haar ist gar nicht nicht heller geworden, eher wirkt es nun noch dunkler. Wunsch war maximal heller zu werden. Wahrscheinlich nicht möglich ohne Blondierung. Didn't cover greyDid not touch all grey and the grey that it did was very pink. Although hair felt lovely. Did not achieve what it was brought for. With it being very expensive won't be buying again. Wrong color sent!I'm not sure what happened because the previous order's "darkest brown" with no copper/red was PERFECT for my roots. However, after I used the latest set, my roots ended up looking reddish like my previous color/highlights, despite my instructions saying my color is again the "darkest brown". I have used this company and product since 2020 so I'm really disappointed.
